 ½ Watermelon and Cut it Into Cubes
 4 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese: Opt for a block of feta cheese that you can crumble yourself for the best results
 3 Cucumbers. Use smaller Persian cucumbers
 ½ Red onion, sliced thin
 1 tbsp Finely chopped basil
 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 tsp Local Raw Honey
 ½ tsp Kosher Salt
 ¼ pinch Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
 3 tsp Lime Juice

1-Cube the watermelon and add to a large bowl. Cut the watermelon into evenly sized cubes. They should be easy to eat and if they are a similar size they will mix more easily with the other ingredients.

2-Add in the rest of the salad ingredients.

3-Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing. Toss the salad gently when you add the dressing. Be careful not to break up the watermelon.
Chill the salad before serving. Once you have tossed the salad together, let it chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. This will allow the flavors to develop, and the watermelon will be nice and refreshing.
